The Barnard Castle Vision is a 20-year plan for the regeneration and development of the Barnard Castle market town. Radio Teesdale recently hosted, in our studios, an interview with Deborah Jenkins, Chairman of the Vision, carried out by Adrian Braddy of the Teesdale Mercury.
