Double Celebration for Teesdale at the Digital 08 Awards in Newcastle
It was a double celebration for Teesdale at the Digital 08 Awards in Newcastle on the 25/3/9. Radio Teesdale won the “best not for profit web site” award and the Barnard Castle Vision won “best use of mobile phone technology” for “The Box.” Peter Dixon spoke to two of the judges, Gill Hunter and Andrew Robson as well as Alastair MacColl, the CEO for Business & Enterprise North East, about their view of the awards and the entries from Teesdale. He also spoke to Tim Bailey of xsite, the Architects responsible for the Box, and Dr Anne Allen to find out their reaction to the news.
