Little Fire (Jamie McMeechan) is a 24 year old solo performer from the South West coast of Scotland. The 2010 Winner of Scotlands biggest battle of the bands competition, Burns and A’that Battle of the Bands Ayrplay 2010, Little Fire is surely destined for great things.
A keen performer and lover of poetry Little Fire won the national poetry competition on BBC Radio 1 Ras Kwames show in 2004. Performances on various stages at the Latitude Festival saw Little Fire meeting some of his favourite bands and singers and finding a few fans along the way.
