Peter Coe is a singer, songwriter, melodeon, banjo, dulcimer and bouzouki player, bandleader, broadcaster, teacher, step dancer, club organiser, sallow-faced wit, raconteur and all-round good guy. He came into the Celtic Music Radio studio 1 to chat to Bill Morris on Homeward Bound on Tuesday 29 October 2013.
Peter was playing Live at the Star club in Waterloo Street, Glasgow city centre later in the evening.
Peter Coe is probably best known for his richly varied solo work, stretching across the whole range of the folk umbrella from the English tradition to dance tunes to his own devastatingly potent original songs.

Laura Cantrell is a Nashville-born country music artist based in New York City with a long appreciation of the UK country audience. Her new album “No Way There From Here” her first album of original material in eight years, features eleven new original songs and was recorded in Nashville.
